- How long will my indoor environment stay clean from contaminants?
- It depends. As long as you can control the conditions which led to the problem in the first place, the indoor environment should remain safe. Future cases of water intrusion such as a roof leak (potential mold contamination) and/or sewage backups (potential bacteria contamination, etc.) may result in conditions that could again become favorable to re-contamination. Preventive measure should be taken to lessen the chance of re-contamination.
- Are the labs you use and their results really reliable?
- Enviro Diagnostics only uses labs that are under the direction of accredited microbiologists. Laboratory personnel follow strict protocol from the moment the samples are submitted by our chain of custody to the final reporting of the sample results. This is to ensure that the samples we collect are analyzed to the highest level of precision and accuracy.
- How long does this process take?
- On-site assessment and sample collection usually takes a couple hours or less, and the lab analysis can usually be completed within 24 hours. This quick turn around time enables Enviro Diagnostics to produce most of our final reports within 48 hours of our initial site visit. Most of our competitors cannot offer this level of service.
- Is there a difference with your service?
